Returns
Free returns or exchange within 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, store credit or refund.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids.
Once these types of items leave our warehouse they are considered used and unsalable. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt.
We do not accept returns of:
• leather panties
• Leather full bodies
• Gift cards
• Final sale collection products
Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or makeup
Items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
